DIAMONDBACK WARRANTY

Diamondback:
Warranty - (Applies to all products sold and placed within the continental US only)

Ellipticals – Home use: lifetime warranty on frame, covers defects in welds, materials, and workmanship, Parts and electronics 2 years, labor 1 year, normal wear items 90 days on foam grips, etc

Ellipticals - Light Institutional: lifetime warranty on frame, covers defects in welds, materials, and workmanship, Parts and electronics 1 years, labor 1 year, normal wear items 90 days on foam grips, etc

Treadmills – home use: lifetime warranty on frame, covers defects in welds, materials and workmanship, drive motor 5 years, parts and electronics 2 years, labor 1 year, normal wear items 90 days on foam grips, etc.

BODYGUARD WARRANTY

Home Use - 3 year parts, 3 year labor
Light Institutional Use - 3 year parts, 2 year labor
Commercial Use - 2 year parts, 2 year labor

BODY CRAFT WARRANTY

Strata - Lifetime on everything. We will repair or replace anything that goes wrong, under normal conditions, for as long as you own the STRATA Strength Training System.

XPress - Liftetime warranty. Since it is built to last a lifetime, every part of the BodyCraft XPress is guaranteed for as long as you own it. We will replace or repair any defect. Warranty applies only to the original owner and for in-home use.

Galena - Liftetime warranty. Every part of the BodyCraft Galena is guaranteed for as long as you own it.

Home Use - 5 year bed, belt & motor, 2 yr parts, 1 yr labor
Light Institutionals Use - 1 yr parts, 1 yr labor, 4 hrs maximum daily usage.
