Shipping Charges vary on the weight of item being shipped. Freight Delivery : Customers are required to offload any product shipped via freight. (Extra man power may be needed). This generally equates to $101 above the basic ship rate, but can vary. IF YOUR ITEM APPEARS TO BE DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL, DO NOT SIGN FOR IT. FITNESS SERVE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT OCCUR DURING SHIPPING. Delivery Schedule Most deliveries are prompt, and occur the next business day. However, there are times when it's feasibly impossible to get the order out that day or the next. We always follow-up with our customers when the item has been delivered with a routing number through are various carriers. If there are any problems with the order, we will let the customer know ahead of time that there will be a delay. Reconditioned items tend to take a little longer than new items because we want to assure the quality of the product before we ship. We test all parameters of the product, to make sure we don't sell you a "lemon". Please be patient, we'd rather send you a high quality product that takes longer to prepare rather than sending you a faulty item that wasn't tested. You'll thank us later. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Equipment cannot be returned or exchanged once it is altered, modified or worn, with the exception of manufacturer's defect and/or product warranty. In the event an item is defective, the item will be exchanged for the same model only. Special order items are not returnable. Fitness Serve will not accept any returns or exchanges on aerosal sprays, deck wax, lubricants or any other consumable products. To return any items, you must call 1-888-251-5111 for prior approval and to obtain an RMA number. All merchandise purchased from Fitness Serve is sold in its original factory packaging, with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer. Items can be returned only if in original packaging, same new condition as sold, with literature/instructions and blank warranty cards. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping box. Please do not put any stickers or labels on the original manufacturer's packaging. Please ship the items back to us prepaid. Fitness Serve will refuse any returned products with postage due. For your protection, make sure to insure the package. Fitness Serve cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER If any of the above conditions are not met, Fitness Serve reserves the right to refuse the return. Shipping and handling fee is NOT refundable.
